Terms & Conditions Agreement 

By accessing or using the products or services offered by BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in your "Customer Agreement" ("Agreement"). 

Services Provided: 

BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC offers enrollment in the BOSS ME UP ACADEMY, which includes access to the following services. 

Upon enrollment, Members will receive: 

• Full access to BOSS ME UP ACADEMY’S "The Consumer Takeover" financial literacy online course.
   
• One Complimentary Finance Building Strategy Session.
   
• Complimentary Documentation Preparation.
   
• Access to Private Tradeline Recommendations.
   
• Lifetime access to the Private Facebook Community.
   
• Weekly Coaching Sessions. Enrollment Fee: 

1. Full Enrollment Option:

The Member agrees to pay a one-time fee of $3,000 for enrollment in the BOSS 

ME UP ACADEMY. This fee covers the financial literacy course and the services outlined above but does not include the complimentary credit repair services, which are provided free of charge. 

2. 4-Month Enrollment Option:
The Member agrees to pay a one-time fee of $1,250 for a 4-month enrollment in 

the BOSS ME UP ACADEMY. This fee covers the same services as the full enrollment but for a reduced duration of 4 months. 

Complimentary Credit Repair Services: 

The Member acknowledges that any credit repair services offered by the Company are entirely optional and are provided at no additional cost. These services are separate from the financial literacy course and are not connected to the enrollment fee. Services are provided on a first- come, first-served basis. 

Authorization: 

By signing the "Membership Contract", you authorize BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC to provide the necessary services to improve your credit if you choose to utilize the optional and free credit repair services. This authorization is only activated when you explicitly opt-in to these services. No actions will be taken on your credit file without your express consent, which is given when you decide to proceed with the optional credit repair services. 

Business Hours: 

BOSS ME UP ACADEMY operates during the following business hours: 10:00am to 4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Turnaround Times: 

• Phone Calls and Texts: We aim to respond to phone calls and text messages within 24-48 business hours.
   
• Document Preparation Services: The standard turnaround time for preparing documents is 7 - 10 business days from the time a student/client's file is complete. A file is considered complete once the client has provided logins for all consumer reporting agencies and has submitted all required identification documentation.
   
• Mailing Time: Once documents have been prepared and signed, the standard mailing time for documents is 3-4 "USPS" United States Postal Service operational days from the day the documents are signed and returned to the appropriate email address.
   
• Tracking Information: After mailing, students/clients will receive tracking information within 24 hours via email or text.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law: 

You have the following rights under state and federal law regarding your credit file:
 

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor a credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. 

• The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported up to 10 years.
   
• You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee.
   
• There is no fee if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days.
   
• You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violated the Credit Repair Organization Act.
   
• You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
   

Affiliate Sharing:
You acknowledge and agree that BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC may share your information with affiliated companies for marketing and promotional purposes related to products and services offered by BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC and its affiliates.
 

No Guarantees or Promises: 

You acknowledge and agree that BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC makes no promises or guarantees regarding specific results from the services provided under this Agreement. Results may vary based on individual circumstances. You further agree that BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the services provided under this Agreement.
 

Dispute Resolution: 

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be addressed promptly and fairly. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington. Amendments: 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.
   

Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your enrollment within three business days of purchase by contacting BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC. No penalty or obligation will be incurred for cancellations within this period. To cancel, please email support@bossmeupsolutions.com with "CANCEL" in the subject line. 

Nondisclosure and Non-Disparagement

By accepting and proceeding with services from BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS, you agree to the following terms regarding confidentiality and public conduct:

a. Nondisclosure:
You agree not to disclose, publish, or disseminate any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information related to BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS, its affiliated entities, service processes, educational materials, trade secrets, internal operations, or other clients. This includes but is not limited to documents, templates, service strategies, training materials, pricing models, and business methods. Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or dissemination of such information—verbally or in writing—constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

b. Non-Disparagement:
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, make or publish any statement (whether oral, written, or through social media) that could reasonably be interpreted to defame, disparage, or otherwise harm the reputation, business interests, employees, contractors, partners, or affiliates of BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS. This includes slander, libel, false reviews, and public commentary intended to damage the company's credibility.

c. No Competing Services Clause:
As a client of BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS, you agree that during the term of your relationship with us and for a period of one (1) year following the conclusion of services, you will not replicate, offer, market, or engage in services substantially similar to those offered by BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS—particularly in the area of credit repair or financial advocacy—without express written consent. This includes offering services to others using proprietary methods or materials provided during your engagement.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of services, removal from any associated platforms or programs, and may be pursued legally for injunctive relief and damages.

Governing Law: 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State Republic.

Privacy Policy: 

We comply with applicable privacy laws and will provide a privacy policy detailing our information-sharing practices. This policy is available upon request and will be linked on our website.

BOSS ME UP SOLUTIONS LLC reserves all of its rights under all applicable laws and regulations.  

Digital Acknowledgment and Receipt of Notice:

By checking the box provided at the time of service or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Furthermore, your digital signature serves as confirmation that you have received the Notice of Right to Cancel. You confirm your understanding of its contents, including your Consumer Credit File Rights.

Digital Signatures: 

In 2000, the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act established electronic records and signatures as legally binding, having the same legal effects as traditional paper documents and handwritten signatures.
